CLEAR Data Cloud now provides a read-only Phase 1A source registry and artifact inventory for landed datasets. It does not yet run automated ingestion, parsing, embeddings, or indexing.
The current Phase 1A registry includes manually landed Colorado Title V permit documents and Colorado APCD CSV exports, with additional candidate sources reserved for later connectors.
Phase 1A status: CLEAR now has a database-backed source registry and registered filesystem artifacts. Ingestion remains manual-only for the landed Title V and Colorado APCD datasets.
